KIMI has developed a method of re-manufacturing suction valves and has been offering the specific service since 2011. When damages such as wear on valve slide seat or thrust piece seat occur, the Original Equipment Manufacturer recommends suction valves to be replaced with new. Suction valve re-manufacturing is a reliable and cost effective service that significantly prolongs the component’s service life.
Fuel pump suction valve overhauling is carried out in our workshop following OEM instructions. Following overhauling completion, KIMI informs customers regarding the number of suction valves that could not be overhauled and offers them the option of proceeding with our in-house developed re-manufacturing service.
