Our Field Service Engineers are available round- the- clock to help you on board with your overhauling operations or emergency breakdown. Each of our technical travelling teams specialises in different type of works. Tasks that can be carried out by our technicians are the following:
- 2-stroke, 4-stroke diesel engines and auxiliary equipment overhauls/repairs
- Fuel pumps overhauling and timing- adjustment
- Crankshaft inspection and repair- machining or grinding. Required tooling for this operation is light enough to travel with our team on the same flight and we do our best to send our team on the same day that the breakdown occurred
- Steam turbine and cargo oil pump field services- inspection and testing
Within our technicians’ duties, priority is given in assessing the equipment condition to work on and report in writing on a daily basis regarding work progress and findings, to both our headquarters and customers technical department. Sharing the information through detailed reports has proven to be a key factor for the successful completion of any work.
